Kings Mills is a full concierge service banquet hall offering on-site complimentary wedding planning and coordinating services.  Kings Mills has been a family-owned and operated facility for over 21 years.

The site features 5 ballrooms of which can host from 85 up to 300 guests. It also offers an indoor wedding chapel as well as an outdoor uncovered ceremony site next to the Chester Creek.


Kings Mills is situated right on Chester Creek and offers numerous locations around the property that feature tons of rustic stonework and a picturesque view of the creek as your backdrop. The quaint waterfall adds a pinch of charm to portraits taken on the large stone terrace used to host outdoor ceremonies.

The rustic stone Springhouse with it’s huge wooden doors and stained glass windows is a great location for family portraits.

The bridal Suite at Kings Mills is located right beside the wedding chapel, and offers a lot of space for you and your bridal party to get ready. The bridal Party is typically allowed access to the bridal suite 1hr before the ceremony.

The indoor wedding chapel is charming and has enough seating for 150 guests. It features white stonework throughout and is accented with wood paneling and stained glass windows.

Outdoor ceremonies take place on the large stone terrace just in front of the waterfall on Chester Creek. The terrace offers enough space to host even the largest of ceremonies.

There are 5 ballrooms on site which can host anywhere from 80 to 300 guests.

The Cove can accommodate 85 guests with a large dance floor. Two large palladium windows let a generous amount of light cascade into the beautiful facility, which boasts a tall open hardwood ceiling.  The beautiful pavilion area sits along the creek; just steps from the entrance to the cove, and provides an outdoor area for the guests.

Windsor Court is the coziest and most intimate room at Kings Mills and can accommodate 110 guests with a dance floor. The large brick fireplace provides a stunning backdrop for photos.   Four windows provide a natural light as well as a view of the scenery of Kings Mills.  Outside, a large covered deck provides seating for your guests to enjoy the grounds of the mills. 

Camelot was the first Grand Room to open at Kings Mills and can accommodate 240 guest with a dance floor. The vaulted hardwood cathedral ceiling is supported by massive fifty-foot trusses, dating back to the 18th century and the ten foot wide, two hundred year old colonial fireplace  commands the room. Through the main entrance to Camelot stands a large covered deck with seating.

Water’s Edge can accommodate 250 guests with a large dance floor and is the last Grand Room to be resurrected at Kings Mills. A stone fireplace towers 18 feet over the dining area and provides a beautiful backdrop for your wedding pictures.

Paradise is the largest and most historic of the three grand rooms, dating back to the early 1700.  The room has four-foot thick stone walls and massive beams that support 18 foot  high wooden ceilings.  A balcony situated serenely above accommodates your DJ.  The entrance to Paradise is marked with a massive stone archway leading onto the patio and large deck. 

Kings Mills is located right in between Rt 95, Rt 495 and Rt 1 giving you easy access to many area hotels and businesses.
